You will oversee the following:

- Tendering of Project works for Main Contractors.

- Valuations to clients and invoicing.

- Cost control and reporting of Projects in progress.

- Evaluation of Sub-Contractors' payment applications, issuing payment certificates.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveying and five plus years of experience on large $20M plus projects and have experience of managing a team of Surveyors and/or Engineers.
